Spotify c'est génial ! 30 millions de titres à portée de clic mais… Mais encore faut-il pouvoir trouver ce qu'on cherche… Pas toujours facile si vous avez comme moi, des besoins particuliers ;-)

Spotify dispose d'outils de recherche avancée qui vont sûrement pouvoir vous aider à dénicher la perle rare !

Opérateurs booléens

WTF! Les opérateurs booléens sont des mots-clé que vous saisissez en majuscules pour affiner votre recherche par des opérateurs logiques. Ils sont au nombre de trois

1. AND
2. OR
3. NOT

Exemples

hendrix AND "buddy miles" : tous les albums où les deux musiciens sont présents (Le magnifique Band of Gypsys par exemple). Remarque : le AND est implicite dans Spotify, donc pas besoin de le mettre LOL

hendrix OR "Johnny winter" Jimi Hendrix ou Johnny Witer, donc les deux mon capitaine ! Oui, je sais, la logique booléenne…

hendrix NOT "buddy miles" Les albums de Jimi mais pas ceux avec Buddy Miles

Vous avez sans doute remarqué que les expressions contenant des espaces doivent être mises entre guillemets.

Enfin, vous pouvez utiliser le mot-clé tag:new et c'est la seule valeur possible pour le moment (à ma connaissance). Bien sûr, il manque encore des choses. Par exemple, j'aimerais bien rechercher les groupes de rock progresif français des années 70… C'est pas encore possible mais ça viendra peut-être.
